Meet the Team
Katie Reichart - Receptionist/Patient CoordinatorHi I’m Katie. When you first walk into our office you will receive a warm greeting from me! I am new to Dr. James's office and I enjoy working in an office environment, especially a happy orthodontic office. I am enjoying learning about the exciting world of teeth. I love welcoming new patients into our office, scheduling appointments and answering any questions. I currently live in South Jersey with my boyfriend and enjoy reading in my free time.
David Blackman - Clinical AssistantMy name is David. My interest in dentistry started in the U.S Army. I started out as an infantry frontline soldier where I transitioned to the Army Dental Assistant Apprentice Program; there my love of dentistry and helping people began. I spent a total of 8 years in the US Army and toured many countries. Throughout my enlistment, I received many medals and ribbons for excellent service. Joining Dr. Amy James’s team has been a great and positive experience with lots of energy! I am glad to be a part of this orthodontic family.
Nicole Larkin - Clinical CoordinatorHi, my name is Nicole! I have been an orthodontic dental assistant since 2013. Creating beautiful, long lasting smiles is a passion of mine. Since joining the team here at Dr. Amy James and Associates, that passion has only grown. We utilize all of the latest technologies and really focus on continuing education. All of our patients here feel more like family and I love that about our practice!
When I am not in the office you can find me at the beach! I grew up down the shore and still have strong roots there. There is nothing better than spending time with family and good friends near the water. I look forward to meeting you in the office!
Jordan Vance - Treatment CoordinatorHey everyone, I'm Jordan! I have been a member of the team since March 2015. I have worked in an Orthodontic office since the age of 16 and I consider the profession one of my greatest passions. I am married to my beautiful wife Jessica. I enjoy traveling, fishing, reading, and pretty much anything that involves being outside. My favorite aspect of orthodontics is seeing the joy and confidence brought to each patient when they finish their treatment. As Treatment Coordinator, my goals are to answer your questions regarding treatment and guide each patient through the treatment process with ease.
Lisa - Clinical AssistantHi my name is Lisa! I have been an orthodontic assistant for the past 15 years and I love it! Straightening teeth and helping people achieve a beautiful smile that makes them happy and confident is such a great journey to be a part of. I have to say that one of my most favorite parts about this career is getting to know my patients personally and watching them grow. It’s really nice to build those relationships with my patients over the years because they really start to feel like family. It’s a nice feeling.
When I’m not assisting, you will see me helping to host some of our amazing office events that we have each year in the surrounding area! You can also find me hanging out with my new buddy Kavé! I like to feed him treats (Shhh don’t tell Dr. James!) and playing fetch with his toys is another favorite thing of ours to do.
When not at work, I’m either in the gym, working on my house, spending time with friends, or out saving the animals of the world! Come in the office and say hello! I look forward to working with everyone.
ElizabethHi, I’m Elizabeth, the Practice Administrator, secluded away upstairs in the office. I’ve known Dr. James since the day she was born and love working with this awesome team. Orthodontics became a second career for me, after retiring as a Nursing Supervisor from Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
I live with my husband, Robert; 2 rat terriers, Karma and Mikey Rowe; and 22 no-name chickens on our Almosta Farm in Mullica Township. Organic gardening and raising organic chickens and eggs are my passion, hobby, and pleasure, as I try and practice sustainable living and farming.
Kavé - Happiness AdvocateKavé is our office dog. He is a Hungarian hunting dog called a Vizsla. His name means “coffee” in Hungarian. He hardly sheds and will lean on you if you pet him. He is a sniffer of treats and the smell of kitties on your jacket. He loves to run in Crows woods and will bring you a toy or ball to play with if you ask him to.
